ANY USE OF Sapiens.BI PRO OTHER THAN AS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS LICENSE OR COPYRIGHT LAW IS PROHIBITED. BY EXERCISING/ USING Sapiens.BI PRO SOLUTION, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. TO THE EXTENT THIS LICENSE MAY BE CONSIDERED TO BE A CONTRACT, THE LICENSOR GRANTS YOU THE RIGHTS CONTAINED HERE IN CONSIDERATION OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON`T ACCEPT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THE USAGE OF Sapiens.BI PRO SOLUTION OF ANY KIND.

    1. "Licensor" means IT Sapiens Ltd, registered in Latvia (Public Register No. 50103260181) that offer(s) the Sapiens.BI PRO under the terms of this License.
    2. "You" means an individual or entity exercising rights under this License who has not previously violated the terms of this License with respect to the Sapiens.BI PRO, or who has received express permission from the Licensor to exercise rights under this License despite a previous violation.
    3. "Distribute" means to make available to the public the original and copies of the Sapiens.BI PRO through sale or other transfer of ownership.
    4. "Reproduce" means to make copies of the Sapiens.BI PRO by any means including without limitation by sound or visual recordings and the right of fixation and reproducing fixations of the Sapiens.BI PRO, including storage of a protected performance or phonogram in digital form or other electronic medium.

  2. License Grant and Restrictions

    By purchasing this License for Identified domain you are allowed to install and use Sapiens.BI PRO SOLUTION on ONE SUGAR/SUITECRM system and ONE Domain Identified on your Purchase order, for identified number of users and time interval.
    You are not allowed to sell, distribute, or reproduce Sapiens.BI PRO SOLUTION and any part of its source code or library to third party without written agreement of Licensor.
    You are not allowed to make modifications to the Sapiens.BI PRO SOLUTION sources in any other way than described in Product installation instruction and User Manual. In no event will the Licensor or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
    License does not allow the part of Sapiens.BI PRO SOLUTION source code or library to be redistributed as part of another product.
    The license may be transferred to another SUGAR/SUITECRM installation only with prior written permission.

  3. Representations, Warranties and Disclaimer

    Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing, licensor offers the Sapiens.BI PRO as-is and makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the Sapiens.BI PRO, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the absence of latent or other defects, accuracy, or the presence of absence of errors, whether or not discoverable. some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so such exclusion may not apply to you.Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing, licensor offers the Sapiens.BI PRO as-is and makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the Sapiens.BI PRO, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or the absence of latent or other defects, accuracy, or the presence of absence of errors, whether or not discoverable. some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so such exclusion may not apply to you.

    Except to the extent required by applicable law, in no event will licensor be liable to you on any legal theory for any special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of this license or the use of the Sapiens.BI PRO, even if licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  5. Termination

    This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically upon any breach by You of the terms of this License.
    Subject to the above terms and conditions, the license granted here is perpetual (for the duration of the applicable copyright in the Sapiens.BI PRO and its further versions). Notwithstanding the above, Licensor reserves the right to release the Sapiens.BI PRO under different license terms or to stop distributing the Sapiens.BI PRO at any time; provided, however that any such election will not serve to withdraw this License (or any other license that has been, or is required to be, granted under the terms of this License), and this License will continue in full force and effect unless terminated as stated above.
