Liva has done this nice job of recording a short video tutorial for one of the most powerful features in the Analytic Reporting Tool: creating user-defined functions using User Interface.

No need to be a programmer to do it. The video should help mastering this perhaps more complex functionality of the Reporting Tool.
There are almost limitless options. E.g. one can calculate actual sales ratios vs. targets, opportunity ageing, actual lead cost vs. marketing campaign budget and many more.

I'm extremely excited about Sapiens.BI. We've been using it for about a month and it's by far the best available reporting tool for SugarCRM. The tool is very robust and full of features. Also, the staff and support team are very helpful and are continuing to improve the tool.
